I am an artist based in Kew specialising in sculpture.

Texture, colour and movement are all key components of my work. I draw my inspiration and influence from my travels and observing the natural world through my sketches. I always take a sketchbook with me whenever I travel which I refer back to when I start a new piece. I also have an underwater sketchbook which I take with me whenever I dive. My aim is to capture mood, form, character and behaviour of a subject or environment and I believe that I can only achieve this by observation, whether it's for a representational or conceptual piece of work.

My sculptures have been purchased by art collectors around the world including Europe, North America, and Africa. I have shown my work at a number of galleries, exhibitions and venues around the country including The Mall galleries, Christies of London, Bristol Zoo, Savill and Wisley Gardens. My work has also been exhibited in Niarobi, Kenya. I have sold my work to The Natural History Museum and produced work for clients of EMI.

I work in a number of media, including foundry bronze and aluminium, copper resin, oils and Jesmonite.
